Please include item number, quantity of item, description, color (and color number if applicable) and alternate color choice.

Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, Discover or check.

If paying by check please make check out to YOGAWARE® LLC.

When paying by credit card please include card number, expiration date, card verification number (3 or 4 digit number on back of card that is not the last 4 digits of credit card number) and the postal or zip code of the credit card billing address.

Michigan residents must add 6% sales tax on order total and shipping & handling charge.
