Yogaware® Foam Props come in a variety of shapes and are very light, quiet and easy to handle. They look beautiful at home or in a studio. Props are covered with corduroy (unless noted otherwise). Please inquire for current color choices.

Approximately 2" x 18" x 24". The platforms are wonderful for support under the shoulders in shoulder balance. Setup is fast. A second platform is helpful to extend support to the whole torso when entering or exiting shoulder stand.

Half Rounded Long Bar

Approximately 2 3/4" x 6" x 27". The curve on the half rounded long bar offers a precise higher central elevation for the spine when used lengthwise. This allows the rib cage and shoulders to gently drape to either side. It is a wonderful opening for rest or pranayama. May also be used crosswise.

Approximately 2 3/4" x 6" x 13 1/2". This compact version of the half rounded bar is sized for travel. Explore its use for seated poses, back support, foot support and chest openings while on the road or at home.

Recliner

Approximately 23" x 13" x 8". The unique shape of the recliner supports the lower back and opens the heart-lung-chest area. The arm's weight draping to each side increases the "opening" effect. Supported hip opening poses can be practiced simultaniously. Great for for home and office to rest and recharge. Can be adapted to fit various size bodies using the Yogaware® platform or folded blankets. Included with the recliner is a wool roll up (rectangle of sheared wool) that is used to cradled the head and neck. Covered in velvety upholstery fabric, available in Green, Blue or Neutral.
